My approach includes an analysis of current diet (yes - you must keep a food diary for a period of time!), constitutional tendencies, and present challenges, followed by recommendations for adjustments. Whenever possible, a gentle and gradual implementation of changes is encouraged.

In short - it’s not all about the physical. Our bodies and spirits are so intertwined.
I can truly say that, not only have I continued to feel improvements, week after week, but I feel stronger and more vital than I have since before having kids.
Today marks the official shift to spring, even if there IS still abundant snow on the ground, here, in Vermont.
